Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee day-to-day construction management of projects and provide timely updates to management
Manage project team, site supervisors, workers, materials and equipment effectively and efficiently
Procuring and allocating resources to ensure no shortages while avoiding any unnecessary delays
Monitor and supervise entire project team to ensure compliance of work and to ensure works are delivered in a timely manner and in accordance with quality standards
Establish strong working relationship with all stakeholders including staff, workers, contractors, suppliers, clients etc. to ensure smooth operations of projects
Manage manpower costs, project costs and expenses to ensure optimal cost benefit
Attend and/or chair meetings with clients, architects, engineers and workers
Identify possible risks to projects and stakeholders, create contingency plans to mitigate risks, and respond quickly to work delays, emergencies and other problems
Oversee all inspection activities including quality and workplace safety safety and health checks
Prepare progress reports for each project
Ensure all changes to specifications, work scopes and drawings are properly documented
Manage site document filing and record keeping in accordance with International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) standards
Any other ad-hoc projects and duties as required by the management
Requirements & Qualifications:
Minimum Diploma holder in Civil Engineering/Building or equivalent
Singaporean/PR preferred
Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant industry
Proficient in reading and understanding CAD (2D & 3D) and Revit BIM drawings
Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills
demonstrate high levels of integrity, professionalism and technical competency
Highly knowledgeable in project processes and procedures, building regulations, and health and safety legislation
Good written and spoken English
Able to commit 6 days per week
Required to work in construction sites and factory
Candidates with Class 3 driving license and own vehicles preferred.
Additional Remunerations:
Transport allowances will be granted to employees who has their own vehicles
Key Responsibilities:
Assist Project Manager in daily execution of works
Coordinate jobs between main contractors, sub-contractors and workers
Manage and supervise day-to-day work of site projects and ensure all job activities are carried out and completed in a timely manner
Work closely with site operations staff to meet project schedule deadlines
Ensure installation is carried out as per construction drawings and within an acceptable standard of workmanship
Monitor the progress and quality of work performed by workers
Attend site survey/visits with contractors
Attend daily tool-box meetings & convey clear instructions accordingly
Understand and ensure compliance in project requirement & scope of work
Adhere to all safety precautionary measures and ensure that environmental control measures are implemented while carrying out works
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Project Manager
Requirements & Qualifications:
Min. ITE/Diploma holder in Civil Engineering/Building or equivalent
Singaporeans/PRs prefered
No prior experience required
Proficient in reading & understanding CAD (2D & 3D) and Revit BIM drawings
Able to work under pressure and independently in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Willing to learn & taken on new challenges
Good written & spoken English
Able to work 6 days per week

Key Responsibilities:
Preparation of sales quotations and proposals based on clients' requirements and follow-up with clients regularly
Preparation of all other sales related documentations, and carrying out sales related duties and administrative procedures
Liaise with clients, vendors and suppliers to ensure projects run smoothly
Establish new business links, prospecting leads and contacting them to pitch our products and services
Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects
Negotiate and close deals with clients, while gathering feedback from clients or prospects to share with internal team
Preparation of appropriate presentations on products and services, and pitching to prospects
Research and analyse sales options, recommend prospects for new business opportunities
Achieve sales targets and business objectives
Collect and analyse information, prepare data and sales reports
Requirements & Qualifications:
Self-motivated to hunt for new sales opportunities, responsible and has a positive work attitude
Results-oriented with a customer service mindset, along with excellent client relationship-building skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Detailed and strong negotiation skills with the ability to multi-task
A good team player, and able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment independently
Willing to learn and take up new challenges
Proficient in English & Mandarin
Diploma / Degree in Construction or Mechanical Engineering, or Sales / Marketing or its equivalent will be an added advantage
Minimum 1 years' experience in sales
Prefers candidates with Class 3 Driving License and has their own vehicles, but candidates without will be considered

To assist and support the project team in preparing technical drawings and as-built reports
Measurement and taking-off of quantities and quantification of works done
Preparation of production drawing and cutting list
Develop and maintain CAD drawings
Quantity take-off and cost estimation (Architecture)
Handle any other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned
Requirements and Qualifications:
Minimum ITE/Diploma holder
Proficient in AutoCAD (2D & 3D), Revit BIM (Architecture and Structure)
Able to prepare quantity take-off and costing
Positive work attitude with good initiative and responsibilities
Able to communicate and coordinate with supervisor and other team members
Able to multi-task and work independently
Able to commit 5.5 days per week
Proficient in English & Mandarin
